The Magnotti Law Firm is made-up of two great lawyers dedicated to giving personally injured victims what they deserve. Peter J. Napolitano and Joseph E. Magnotti have been partners for many years.
Joseph Magnotti is an attorney admitted to practice law within the state of New York. He can practice law in all State Courts and Federal Courts within the state and the Appellate Courts within the State System and Federal System, including the Supreme Court of the United States. Mr. Magnotti has extensive trial experience as both the defendant (the person sued) and plaintiff (the person suing). He is a past president of the Richmond County Bar Association. In his personal life, he is active in many social and youth sports activities.
Peter Napolitano is a past president of the New York Richmond County Bar Association and the Staten Island Trial Lawyers. Over the years he has chaired many important committees. He can practice in all New York State and Federal Courts within the State and Appellate Courts within the Federal and State system, including the Supreme Court of the United States.
James Dooley is the former deputy chief clerk of surrogates court Richmond County. As a paralegal employed in our firm he is available with an attorney to assist you and all your estate needs.
